Hydraulic Cylinders / Jacks

We have with us rich experience in successfully offering hydraulic cylinders in:

• Different bore sizes and pressure range
• These can range from 25 to 1100 mm and 10 to 700 Bar respectively

Here, we offer these Hydraulic cylinders in both welded as well as tie rod constructions. Further, special cylinders using one piece barrel can also be produced on specific requests of the customers.

Pneumatic Cylinder:

• Its working pressure is 150 PSI
• Cushioning provision is also provided on request
• Sealing arrangement at gland is available for hydraulic cylinder
• Cylinders manufactured under strict supervision by quality assurance department

Seal:

• All cylinders employ international quality seals
• These seals are of self-adjusting type and endure long trouble free working life
• Presently, seals are procured from Hallite, Parker, Nok, SJ (Korea)/or equivalent make

Tube:

• Seamless honed barrels of ST-52 grade to micro-finish help in providing longer piston seal life and also preventing failure of cylinders
• The barrel material selected on basis of application and working pressure

Piston Rod:

• High strength steel piston rod precision grounded, hard chrome plated and re-grinded to ensure anti-corrosion finish as well as maximum seal life
• Rod material is of EN-9, CK-45 grade

Cylinder Base:

• One end of cylinder precision bolted in case of low pressure cylinders
• In case of high pressure cylinders, base is threaded and then welding is done with utmost accuracy and precision

Mounting:

• All mounts are of steel
