Hydraulic
scrap baling presses finds application in making required bale of :
- Any metal scrap
- Paper scrap
- Cotton bale
- Jute bale
- Plastic scrap
The capacity of these presses also includes different tonnage
specifications with two chambers for fast production. Moreover, these
presses have :
- Either manual hand lever operated arrangement or push button operated
- automatic / PLC (programmable) control
- Depending upon materials/requirements, these scrap bailing presses
can shape scrapes into shapes like round, rectangular, square,
cylindrical and other shapes, as desired
- The scrapes are simply rolled up inside baler using rubberized belts,
fixed rollers or combination of rollers and belts
- When bale reaches determined size, appropriate binding/wrapping can
be achieved
- Back of baler is opened up and bale is discharged
Specifications - Bailers
- Balers typically produce bales in different diameters
- Bales weigh from 500 to 600 kg, depending upon size, material and
dampness
- Balers have curved box design as well as larger loading chamber that
allows efficient processing of bulky loose scrap and gauge material down
to manageable dimension as well as wide variable length bundles
- Operator controls 3-way compression process from operator cab
- Final compression fully automatic
- Increased hydraulic power allows operator to sort & stack
material during automatic baling cycle
- This eliminates lost labor time and minimizes the labor cost per ton
- Hydraulic balers are solidly-built for withstanding demands of job
- These machines also prove that there is no substitute for them
