How long is my warranty?
All our presses have a one year warranty valid from the date of bill of leading or G.R.

And it something does go wrong with the equipments?
We have various office & agents in various countries to help our valued customers world wide. In case, there is major problem with equipment, we can take back the equipments and the 100 % amount of the equipment will be refunded back to the customer.

What if we face a problem in the workmanship after installation?
We stand guarantee to all such issues, provided we have defaulted in installing and commissioning. The customer needs to be sure regarding the information given to us. However, a team of post sale service provider arrives in real time to assist customers, in any case of difficulty.

What about after sales services?
Regular and prompt after sales services are provided to any region worldwide through well-qualified and highly trained technocrats.

What are the services offered?

How long will it take to complete the order?
Normally, work starts as soon as we get the order. On the same day, our engineers visit to clients' site to determine the facility compatibility. It is ensured to complete the order in least possible time.

Can I change my order?
We process orders quickly after receiving them. Once an order is processed, it becomes difficult to modify it. However, if you really need that done and that is feasible, we can include the changes.

Do you provide consultation?
Yes. We assist customers by providing appropriate consultations. Our experienced engineers have years of experience in providing fluid management solution.

How do you take your payments?

Do you charge extra for transportation?
Transportation charges are integrated with the package deal along with taxes and cost of labour and equipment. Therefore, we do not put extra charges on the name of transportation.
